The Corvian Green on the Green 5K will be a timed race on March 11, 2017 at 4:00 PM. The race will start and end on the Corvian Community School campus. This will be a fun family event. There will be fun at every kilometer marker for our young (or young at heart) runners!

Proceeds from this event will benefit the children of Corvian Community School. Corvian is a North Carolina Public Charter School that believes in educating the whole child and providing each child with an excellent public education. Corvian strives to develop a community by nurturing relationships with its children, parents, and the community that surrounds it. www.corvian.org

Come out wearing your zaniest green as you run through the scenic Charlotte Greenway and University Business Park to show support!

Please bring one or two non-perishable items to the race and deposit in the bins provided by Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. As part of Feeding America, Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina serves 19 counties in North and South Carolina. Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina distributes millions of pounds of food and household products to over 700 hunger feeding agencies including emergency pantries, soup kitchens, senior programs, shelters and low-income daycares.
